History From The Museum of HP Caculators’ web site (www.hpmuseum.org/hp35.htm), 3/7/2006: "The HP-35 was HP’s first pocket calculator. It was introduced at a time when most calculators (including expensive desktop models) had only the four basic functions. The HP-35 was the first pocket calculator with transcendental functions and the first with RPN."
Description Heavy plastic case. Slightly slanted rectangle. Bottom has four feet (two open battery compartment), three prong outlet, instructions for use. The top has LCD screen with red plastic cover, buttons for functions, on/off switch, and maker’s name.
